Obsessed with doing hybrid right

Hybrid Autoland started as a two-bay experiment and grew into a dedicated service center for electrified platforms — without losing the personal touch of a neighborhood garage.

Why we chose this path

Early hybrids were misunderstood — lights on the dash, dealer quotes that didn’t match symptoms, and plenty of unnecessary pack replacements. We set out to bring engineering rigor and plain-language explanations to every repair order.

Today our team blends dealership alumni and independent specialists who actually enjoy reading TSBs and scope captures on a Friday night.

Milestones & training

A quick look at how we built depth in high-voltage service.

2009 — First HV bay

Added insulated tooling and formal lockout protocol before servicing our first Gen-II Prius battery reconditioning.

2014 — ASE L3 & OEM scan expansion

Invested in factory-level interfaces and sent lead techs for advanced electric drive certification tracks.

2019 — Plug-in surge

Expanded charger diagnostics and thermal management as PHEVs became a third of our intake mix.

Today — Community partner

Hosting seasonal “know your hybrid” clinics and partnering with local fleets on uptime planning.

Continuous education

Annual recertification and manufacturer webinars keep procedures current as new platforms launch.

Customer partnership

We treat estimates as conversations — you’ll always see evidence, not just conclusions.

Lower impact

Extending pack and component life keeps usable parts in service and out of landfills.
